This masala includes spices such as: Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Green and Black Cardamom, a touch of Cayenne Pepper, and other spices.

The Curry Masalas range from Mild to Very Hot. Special requests can be made to leave out certain ingredients in the case of allergies or personal preference.
