This particular Oxtail blend draws inspiration from the ways of the English, with a big emphasis on tomato, rosemary and garlic flavours, we also add our extra touches of paprika and kalonji seeds to spice it up. Although it is an Oxtail blend, it can work well in any sort of beef stew, and even a lamb/mutton stew.
