From tips to cultivate your own Sourdough starter from scratch to keeping it alive. What flour to use and how to prepare your dough. Get a fool proof dough recipe and even add some spices if you are feeling BOLD! Go home with a sourdough starter and your own batch of dough ready to be baked at home. Also included are refreshments and a light lunch where we will be sampling the bread we baked on the day.
