Lamb Curry - Recipe

Ingredients
50ml To9 Exotic Curry Layered Spice
Oil or ghee
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1.5kg Lamb, cubed
3 Fresh garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp Fresh ginger, chopped
Salt to taste
3 Carrots, cubed small
2 Potatoes, cubed medium
Recipe Method

Sauté the meat, salt, garlic, and ginger in oil in a pan until browned.
Remove from the stove.
Roast the top layer of whole spices from the tube in a dry pot on high heat until aromatic.
Add oil and onion, then fry until the onion is cooked.
Add the meat, remaining spice, tomatoes, and salt to taste. Stir until well combined.
Add water and simmer on medium heat until the meat is soft.
Add carrots, potatoes, and additional water if necessary.
Cook until the vegetables are soft and the sauce thickens slightly.
Serving Suggestion
Serve on rice.
