Most of our Layered Blend Tubes contain carefully crafted curry blends (or ‘masalas’), whether designed for specific dishes like a rich Butter Chicken or spicy Durban curry, or for more versatile everyday cooking with options like our Exotic or Mild/Medium/Hot curry blends.

These Layered Curry Blends come in elegant 50ml glass tubes. We recommend using one tube for a meal serving approximately 2 - 4 people, measured based on 1 - 2kg of whatever your primary ingredient will be. (typically the meat, though many blends work beautifully with vegetables or beans too).
