Butter Chicken Curry - Recipe

Ingredients
50ml To9 Butter Chicken Spice (Find at https://www.to9herbandspice.co.za/product-page/butter-chicken)
100g Salted Butter
1.2kg Chicken, cut into pieces
Salt to taste
50g Tomato Paste
1 Can Coconut Cream
Optional: Add a milk and cornstarch mixture to thicken, or simmer without a lid until most of the water has evaporated.

Recipe Method
Sauté the chicken in half of the butter.
Add the rest of the butter and salt, then cook for 2–5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and all the spice, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Add water if needed.
Finish off with coconut cream.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with homemade roti or rice, and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro (coriander leaves).
